The MedicoDerm Institute masters all permanent make-up techniques.  The choice of technique depends on the desired result, we always adapt to you.

Hair-by-hair

The hair-by-hair make-up technique is more intended for people who have no or very little hair and who are looking for a super-realistic and super natural result.  After cancer, chemotherapy or universal alopecia, we allow you to find eyebrows that are more real than life.

Pixel

The Pixel technique gives a little more definition to the eyebrows.  The result is very soft and very natural, better defined than with hair-by-hair micropigmentation.  This technique is perfect for those looking for a lightly made-up effect.

Hybrid

It is the combination of the two techniques, pixel and hair-by-hair.  Where hairs are missing, we draw new ones.  And where we are looking for more density, more definition, we produce a powdery effect.

Our goal is to beautify or recreate eyebrows so natural you’ll forget they’re not yours.  Dermo pigmentation (the other term for permanent make-up) allows you to work with an unequalled degree of precision.

We draw each hair individually under your skin, taking into account the morphology of your face.  Your eyebrows can be reshaped, darkened or thickened.  They can even be created entirely by micropigmentation where there was previously no hair.

How is permanent eyebrow make-up done?

We ensure that a set of steps are followed to ensure that you have the most perfect semi-permanent eyebrows.

The design of your eyebrows

The first consultation with your MedicoDerm dermopigmentist aims to define your wishes and the style you want to obtain.

We take detailed measurements of your eyebrows and draw our project with an erasable pencil so that you can see, adjust and optimize the shape before the micro-pigmentation begins.

We specialize in super-realistic results and most of our clients choose MedicoDerm because they are looking for natural looking eyebrows. However, we do extremely custom work to create the exact look you want to achieve.

The colour

Your dermopigmentist will choose the best colour with you.  We work with the highest quality bioresorbable pigments.

Since they can also be mixed to recreate custom colours, we give you unlimited choice.  Some clients bring us their favourite eyebrow make-up so that we can reproduce the colour.

A step-by-step approach

The first dermo pigmentation session takes place as follows:

• Morphology analysis
• Creation of the project with an erasable pencil: this allows you to visualize the result on your face to avoid any unpleasant surprises
• Pigmentation: once the projection has been validated by you, we proceed with the pigmentation which lasts an average 2 to 2.5 hours for all the stages

In the second session, we add more pigment and refine the thickness, height and length of the curve.  This process guarantees the excellence of our results.

Note that there is no social exclusion for this type of procedure.

Touch-up session

Because the procedure is done in two appointments, the eyebrows are always intentionally light after the first session.  This leaves room to make them denser, thicker, darker, longer, or more arched.  This final session aims to refine all these parameters.

After care treatments

Any application of permanent make-up involves taking some precautions during the following weeks.  It is imperative to strictly follow these instructions to ensure optimal results.

The after care instructions after permanent eyebrow make-up are:

• No swimming pool, hammam, or sauna for 1 week
• No sun or solarium on the pigmented area for 1 week
• No make-up on the pigmented area for 1 week
• Do not tear small desquamations (peeled skin)
• Apply a healing cream three times a day for 1 week
